| 目的 探讨子宫颈小细胞癌（SCCC）的临床与病理形态学特点、诊断及鉴别诊断。 方法 应用光镜观察、免疫组织化学染色等方法对2009年以来粤北人民医院确诊的10例子宫颈小细胞癌进行临床病理分析，并复习相关文献。 结果 肿瘤细胞弥漫或呈巢状分布，肿瘤细胞小而一致，圆形或卵圆形，胞浆少，核深染，核仁一般不明显，核分裂象多，局部可见菊形团样结构及灶状坏死。免疫组化染色显示阳性率Syn 100%，NSE 70%，CD56 80%，CgA 60%，CK 80%，EMA 70%及P16 90%。 结论 SCCC是一种少见的宫颈上皮高度恶性肿瘤，发病率低，预后差，其具有独特的病理形态特征，联合免疫组化检测有助于诊断SCCC。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical pathological features,diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of small cell carcinoma of cervix （SCCC）. Methods Choosed 10 patients of SCCC since 2009 in Yue Bei people's hospital to do clinicopathologic study by microscopy,immunohistochemical staining,and review the literature. Results Tumor cells were diffused or like nests,small and uniform,round or oval,scant cytoplasm,nuclear hyperchromatism,nucleolus inconspicuous,more mitosis.There were rosettes and irregular necrosis.The percentages of SCCC with positive immunoreactivity were Syn 100%,NSE 70%,CD56 80%,CgA 60%,CK 80%,EMA 70% and P16 90%. Conclusion SCCC is a rare and highly malignant tumor with poor prognosis and distinct pathological features,combination with immunohistochemical staining is helpful to diagnose SCCC. |
