| 目的 了解本地区泌尿生殖道支原体的感染情况及药物敏感试验结果，为临床提供最新流行病学资料和用药指导。 方法 采用珠海丽珠试剂股份有限公司提供的试剂盒对1 464例疑似支原体感染送检标本进行支原体培养和药敏并对检测结果进行统计分析。 结果 本地区就诊疑似支原体感染患者送检1 464例样本中,阳性数为726例,阳性率为49.6%（726/1 464），支原体感染以单独解脲支原体（Uu）感染为主占90.91%。支原体阳性患者年龄主要分布在21～40岁之间。女性生殖道支原体检出率54.6%（570/1044）显著高于男性检出率37.14%（156/420）。分离出的支原体对强力霉素、美满霉素敏感率大于95.0%，对四环素和红霉素的敏感性低于50.0%，对环丙沙星敏感性最差（1.65%）。 结论 本地区支原体感染以解脲支原体为主，女性感染多于男性，分离出支原体具有高耐药和多重耐药，因此临床应根据药物敏感实验结果合理用药。 |

| Objective To understand mycoplasma infection and drug sensitivity,providing the latest epidemiological data and medication guide for clinic. Method Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity samples of 1464 cases were analyzed using the Zhuhai Lizhu reagent. Results The positive rate was 49.6% and Ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu） infection rate was 90.91% in Mycoplasma infection patients.The infection patient age distribution was from 21 to 40 yeas old.The detection rate in female（54.6%）was significantly higher than that in male（37.14%）.The results of susceptibility test showed that the sensitivity to Minocycline and Deoxycycline were greater than 95% while to achromycin and erythromycin under 50% and to ciprofloxacin was only 1.65%. Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum was the main Mycoplasma infection.The detection rate in female was higher than that in male and the infection Mycoplasma had high and muilty drug resistant.The therapy of mycoplasma infection should be according to the results of susceptibility test. |
