| 目的分析探讨伴有精神症状的急性有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）患者脑脊液（CSF）中5-羟色胺（5-HT）含量的变化及临床意义。方法选取伴有精神症状的AOPP住院患者10例，同时选取周围神经炎（PN）患者16例作为PN组，采用ELISA法检测各CSF标本中5-HT的含量，比较其在两组表达情况，同时观察中毒患者CSF中5-HT水平与其全血胆碱酯酶活力的相关性。结果AOPP组CSF中5-HT水平显著低于PN组（P＜0.05）；AOPP患者CSF中5-HT水平与其全血胆碱酯酶的活力呈正相关（r0.639，P＜0.05）。结论AOPP患者精神异常可能与其中枢神经5-HT能系统下调有密切相关。 |

| Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serotonin（5-HT） in cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning （AOPP） patients with mental anomaly. Methods The CSF concentrations of 5-HT were detected by enzyme linked imnmnosorbent assays（ELISA） in the patients of AOPP with psychotic symptoms（10 cases） and the patients with peripheral neuritis as the control group（16 cases）,The correlation between the level of 5-HT and cholinesterase activity of AOPP patients was observed. Results The level of 5-HT in CSF of AOPP group was significantly lower than in the control group（P＜0.05）.The expression level of 5-HT in CSF of AOPP group was postively correlated with the activity of blood cholinesterase（r0.639,P＜0.05）. Conclusions Clinical manifestations of mental anomaly in AOPP patients may be associated with the down-regulation of 5-HT in the central nervous system. |
