| 目的建立检测乙肝病毒X基因突变体HBx-d382和HBx-d431特异性抗体的方法，探讨其在诊断HBV相关性肝细胞癌中的应用价值。方法通过生物信息和多肽合成的方法，制备HBx-d382和HBx-d431特异性多肽抗原。采用间接ELISA法对正常人和慢性乙肝病毒感染者和肝细胞癌病人血清中抗HBx-d382和抗HBx-d431特异性抗体进行检测。结果肝细胞癌病人血清中抗HBx-d382和抗HBx-d431抗体的阳性率均高于正常人、慢性乙肝病毒感染者（P<0.05），慢性乙肝病毒感染者抗HBx-d382和抗HBx-d431抗体的阳性率高于正常人（P<0.05）。慢性乙肝病毒感染者HBsAg(+)/HBeAb(+)/HBcAb(+)模式抗HBx-d382阳性率明显低于HBsAg(+)/HBeAg(+)/HBcAb(+)模式和HBsAg(+)/HBcAb(+)模式（P<0.05），而抗HBx-d431和抗HBxP阳性率在这些血清学模式之间无显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论抗HBx-d382和抗HBx-d431是乙肝病毒感染的一种特异性抗体，可以用于HBV携带者及慢性乙肝病人的监测，对预测肝细胞癌的发生有一定的意义。 |

| ObjectiveTo develop the method for detection of specific antibodies of hepatitis B virus X gene deletion mutants HBx-d382 and HBx-d431 and study its clinical value in the diagnosis of HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma.MethodsSpecific peptide antigen of HBx-d382 and HBx-d431 were prepared by bioinformatics and peptide synthesis methods,and an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay had been established to detect anti-HBx-d382 and anti-HBx-d431 specific antibodies in sera of patients with Chronic hepatitis B virus infection and hepatocellular carcinoma.Results |
