| ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of human serum on TNF-α expression activated by lipid-associated membrane proteins (LAMPs) of Mycoplasma genitalium(Mg).MethodsLAMPs were extracted and pretreated with lipoprotein lipase or protease K or serum human.THP-1 cells were stimulated and the expression of TNF-α was detected by ELISA.ResultsLAMPs are mixed proteins and the active ingredients are lipid moiety.The secretion of TNF-α was mediated in LAMPs induced THP-1 cells and was significantly increased by LAMPs in a dose-dependent manner.TNF-α levels were significantly up-regulated in LAMPs activated THP-1 cells by Human serum and was significantly increased by LAMPs in a dose-dependent manner.ConclusionsThe human serum raised TNF-α levels by Mg LAMPs induced THP-1 cells. |
