| 目的观察连续缝合额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术矫治中、重度上睑下垂的治疗效果。方法36例（42眼）中、重度上睑下垂患者分为连续缝合额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术组（连续缝合术组）和三线式缝合额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术组（三线式缝合术组），对比两组手术效果。结果随访6～24月，连续缝合术组完美率显著高于三线式缝合术组(P<0.05)。但两组有效率相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论连续缝合额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术具有矫治效果好、术后重睑形成自然美观等优点，是中、重度上睑下垂理想的手术方式。 |

| ObjectiveTo observate the effect of frontalis muscle suspension with continuous suturing in severe blepharoptosis correction.MethodsThirty-six cases (42 eyes) of moderate and severe blepharoptosis patients were randomly divided into frontalis muscle suspension with continuous suturing group and frontalis muscle suspension with three wire suture group.Operation effect was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe follow-up time was 6～24 months.The rate of satisfaction in frontalis muscle suspension with continuous suturing group was significantly higher than that in frontalis muscle suspension with three wire suture group (P<0.05).But there were no significant difference about the rate of satisfaction between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionsThe frontalis muscle suspension with continuous suturing is ideal modus operandi,which has the advantages of good treatment effect,postoperative eyelid forming and natural beauty. |
