| 目的观察倍博特对原发性高血压患者血压变异性的影响。方法将191例原发性高血压患者回顾性分为倍博特组64例，缬沙坦组64例和氨氯地平组63例,给药前和给药8周后，分别动态血压监测各组患者，观察倍博特对血压变异性的影响。结果3组治疗8周后，与治疗前相比，24 h平均收缩压（24 hSBP）、24 h平均舒张压（24 hDBP）、24 h平均收缩压变异性（24 hSBPV）、24 h平均舒张压变异性（24 hDBPV）均明显下降（P<0.05）；与缬沙坦组和氨氯地平组比较，倍博特组的24 hSBPV下降显著，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)，但24 hDBPV的改变不明显（（P＞0.05)。结论倍博特可以降低原发性高血压患者的收缩压变异性，具有良好的降压作用。 |

| ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of the fixed-dose combination of Valsartan／Amlodipine on blood pressure vari-ability（BPV）of patients with primary hypertension.Methods191 patients with primary hypertension were included in this study,which were randomly divided into the fixed-dose combination of Valsartan／Amlodipine,Valsartan and Amlodipine group.Before the treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the BPV of all the patients was measured by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.ResultsAt 8 weeks,24-hour systolic blood pressure,24-hour diastolic blood pressure,blood variability of systolic blood pressure and blood variability of diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly (P<0.05) compared with pre-treatment level.Compared with Valsartan and Amlodipine group,blood variability of systolic blood pressure in the fixed-dose combination of Valsartan／Amlodipine group was significantly lower,while blood variability of diastolic blood pressure was similar among three groups after 8 weeks.ConclusionValsartan／Amlodipine has smooth control effect on patients with primary hypertension through lowering the variability of systolic blood pressure. |
