| 目的研究年轻的1型糖尿病（T1DM）患者血清超敏C反应蛋白与颈动脉粥样硬化（As）的关系。方法将52例年轻1型糖尿病患者按是否伴有As分为糖尿病As组和糖尿病无As组，采用免疫散射比浊法检测血清超敏C反应蛋白水平、彩色多普勒超声仪测量颈动脉内膜中膜厚度、葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖浓度、全自动生化分析仪测定血脂水平，并与健康对照组进行比较。结果1型糖尿病患者超敏C反应蛋白水平较健康对照组显著升高(P<0.05)，糖尿病As组超敏C反应蛋白水平较糖尿病无As组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论1型糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化患者超敏C反应蛋白水平升高，这种超敏C反应蛋白水平变化可能与颈动脉粥样硬化有关。 |

| ObjectiveTo investigate the association between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and carotid atherosclerosis in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM).Methods52 T1DM patients were divided into 2 groups according to with or without carotid atherosclerosis(As): T1DM with As(T1DM-A) and T1DM without As(T1DM-B).The serum hs-CRP was detected by Dade Behring prospect ( Immuno-nehelomitery) and carotid artery intima-media thickness was measured with Color Doppler ultrasound,plasma glucose concentrations was determined with glucose oxidase method,Plasma lipid levels were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer,and compared with the healthy control group.ResultsHs-CRP levels were significantly higher in T1DM patients when compared with healthy person (P<0.05); and Hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in T1DM patients with As when compared with T1DM patients without As ( P<0.05 ).ConclusionHs-CRP levels were increased in T1DM patients with As,which is likely associated with As in T1DM patients． |
