      目的建立杜虹花中鞣质含量测定的方法。方法采用分光光度法测定杜虹花中鞣质含量。室温浸提过夜提取鞣质,磷钼钨酸试液显色后,于760 nm测定供试品溶液中总酚和不被吸附多酚的吸光值,以吸光值之差用标准曲线法求得鞣质含量。结果本法线性关系良好(r=0.9985),精密度和重复性均较好,其RSD分别为0.46%和2.04%。回收率在91.16%~95.84%之间,RSD为1.74%。结论分光光度法简单、准确,可用于杜虹花中鞣质含量的测定。

      ObjectiveTo establish a determination of Tannin in Callicarpa formosana Rolfe.MethodDetermine Tannin in Beautyberry by UV spectrophtometric method.Tannin were extracted by soaking at room temperature after staying overnight,colored by phosphomolybdic acid.Absorbency of total phenolics and polyphenols which havent been adsorbed were determined respectively at 760nm.Contents of tannin was detected by standard curve method with the difference of the absorbency.ResultThe method shows good linearity(r=0.9985),the RSD of precision and repeatability was respectively 0.46% and 2.04%.The recovery was in the range of 91.16%~95.84%.ConclusionThe method is simple and accurate.It can be used to determine tannin in Callicarpa formosana Rolfe.
