      目的观察缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平变化,并探讨其在HIE中的意义。方法回顾性收集本院住院HIE患儿94例,另选同期32例健康新生儿作为对照组。应用酶联免疫吸附法检测2组新生儿血清MIF和MMP-9水平,并对HIE新生儿MIF与MMP-9的相关性进行分析。结果HIE组新生儿MIF和MMP-9水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);轻、中、重度HIE患儿血清MIF和MMP-9水平均较对照组明显增高(P<0.05);组间血清MIF水平两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中重度HIE组表达最高;重度HIE患儿血清MMP-9的表达水平显著高于轻、中度HIE组(P<0.05);HIE患儿血清MIF水平与MMP-9水平呈正相关(r=0.63,P<0.01)。结论MIF和MMP-9参与HIE的发病过程,其联合检测对HIE的病情严重程度判断及预后评估具有重要的参考价值。

      ObjectiveTo observe the changes of serum levels of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in newborn infants with hypoxic-ische-mic encephalopathy(HIE),and to explore their roles in HIE.MethodsThere were 94 newborn infants with HIE hospitalized from Jan.2007 to Jun.2010 included as experimental groups.32 normal newborns were selected as control group.Serum levels of MIF and MMP-9 were detected by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) in 2 groups,correlation analysis was performed between MIF and MMP-9 in children with HIE.ResultsSerum levels of MIF and MMP-9 in HIE group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.01).Compared with control group,levels of MIF and MMP-9 in mild,moderate and severe HIE patients were markedly increased (P<0.05).The differences among 3 subgroups in HIE were also significant(P<0.01),and levels of MIF were the highest in patients with severe HIE.Serum MMP-9 levels of severe HIE newborns were highest in mild,moderate and severe HIE groups(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between MIF and MMP-9 in HIE patients (r=0.63,P<0.01).ConclusionsMIF and MMP-9 may be involved in the pathogenesis of HIE.Detection of MIF and MMP-9 was significant in predicting the prognosis of HIE.
