| 目的总结和分析腹腔镜技术在腹部外伤诊治中的经验和教训。方法对采用腹腔镜或/和腹腔镜辅助技术诊治的42例腹部外伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果腹部外伤中闭合性腹部外伤26例，锐性开放性刺伤16例。全腹腔镜治疗22例，在结合小切口腔镜辅助下治疗9例，中转开腹11例。外伤病种包括单纯腹壁穿透伤、小肠破裂、结肠破裂、胃破裂、大网膜或肠系膜血肿、肝脾破裂等。所有患者术后均痊愈出院。结论腹腔镜结合小切口对腹部外伤的诊断和治疗有较高的价值。 |

| ObjectiveTo analyze and summarize the experience of using laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of abdominal injury.MethodsThe clinical data of 42 abdominal injury cases with laparoscopy from 2009 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAmong these patients,26 cases were closed abdominal injury,16 cases were openness abdominal injury.22 cases were diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy,9 cases by laparoscopy assisted technology.11 patients were converted to open operation.All the cases were diagnosed and confirmed.These abdominal injury cases included abdominal wall penetrating injury,rupture of small intesting,rupture of colon,stomach rupture,omentum or mesenteric hematoma,hepatic rupture，splenic rupture.ConclusionsThe application of laparoscopy and laparoscopy assisted technology in diagnosis and treatment of abdominal injury possesses high clinical value. |
