| 目的探讨外周血血清生长分化因子15（GDF15）在稳定型心绞痛、急性心肌梗死及非冠心病人群中的表达差异，评估血清GDF15浓度在冠心病危险分层中的价值。方法选取142例行冠状动脉造影术的住院患者作为研究对象，其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)组患者61例，稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组患者41例，40例冠脉造影正常者为对照组,分别测定其外周血血清GDF15水平。结果AMI组GDF15水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),亦显著高于SAP组(P<0.05)。SAP组与对照组两组间GDF15水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者血清GDF15水平明显升高,可能与患者的斑块不稳定性和心肌损伤密切相关,可作为预测和早期诊断急性冠状动脉综合症的的参考指标。 |

| ObjectiveTo observe serums GDF15 level and its relevance in different types of coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients.MethodsThe present study was involved in 142 cases of patients with CHD,including 61 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI),41 of stable angina pector (SAP) and 29 cases with no cardiovascular disease evidence served as control group.The levels of serums GDF15 were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and compared.ResultsThe levels of GDF15 in AMI was significantly higher than that in SAP group and control group ( P<0.05).Group SAP compared with control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionThe serum GDF15 of acute myocardial infarction increased significantly and significantly strongly associated with plaque unstability.They may be applied in the early prevention and management of ACS. |
