| 目的观察欧莱凝胶治疗脑出血患者Ⅰ期压疮的效果，为临床治疗压疮寻找新的治疗方法。方法将68例入选病例回顾性均分为实验组和对照组，分别使用欧莱凝胶和50%红花酒精治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组的总有效率（97.1%）高于对照组（83.4%），实验组的平均治愈时间（4.93±2.36 天）较对照组（6.97±2.89 天）缩短，两组比较差异均有显著性(P<0. 05)。结论欧莱凝胶治疗Ⅰ期压疮效果优于50%红花酒精，是治疗Ⅰ期压疮的一种新方法。 |

| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Oulai gel on stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and find a new clinical treatment for pressure ulcer.Methods68 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group (34 cases) and the control group (34 cases), respectively with the treatment of Oulai gel or 50% red flower alcohol, and then the effect of these two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), and the average healing time of experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Oulai gel on stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer is better than 50% red flower alcohol, therefore Oulai gel may be a new effective treatment for stage Ⅰ pressure ulcer. |
