目的分析绝经女性血脂与骨矿密度(BMD)、校正骨矿含量(cBMC)的关系。方法测量265例绝经女性身高、体重、腰围(W)、臀围(H)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR);测定甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血尿酸(UA)、血钙(Ca)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、腰椎BMD,计算cBMC,分析血脂等与BMD,cBMC的相关性,并分析各因素对二者的影响。结果L1-4 BMD,L1-4cBMC均与年龄、绝经年限、TC,LDL呈负相关,而L1-4BMD与BMI,HDL呈正相关,L1-4 cBMC仅与HDL呈正相关。以L1-4 BMD为应变量行多元线性回归,年龄、BMI,LDL,HDL对其有影响;以L1-4 cBMC为应变量行多元线性回归,年龄、BMI,LDL对其有影响。结论LDL与BMD,cBMC负相关,HDL与BMD,cBMC正相关,高LDL,低HDL增加骨质疏松及骨折的发生。BMI与BMD正相关,与cBMC负相关,故肥胖患者发生骨折的危险性并未降低。 |

ObjectiveTo study the relationships between serum lipid and BMD(bone mineral density), cBMC(correcting bone mineral content)in postmenopausal women. Methods The 265 postmenopausal women who have taken the lumbar spine (L1-4) BMD test were enrolled according to the inclusion and exclusion criterion. Age,time since menopause , hipline, waistline (W), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), hight and weight were recorded. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), serum uric acid (UA), serum calcium,alkaline phosphatase were determined. Body mass index (BMI), correcting bone mineral content (cBMC) were calculated. The relationships and effects between serum lipid and BMD (bone mineral density), cBMC(correcting bone mineral content)were investigated in postmenopausal women.ResultsL1-4 BMD,L1-4cBMC were negatively correlated with age, years since menopause, TC, LDL, but L1-4BMD were positively correlated with BMI, HDL. L1-4 cBMC were positively correlated with HDL. With L1-4BMD as dependent variable line multiple linear regression, age,BMI,LDL,HDL had effect. Taking L1-4 cBMC as dependent variable line multiple linear regression, age,BMI,LDL had effect . Conclusion Serum LDL was negatively correlated with BMD, cBMC, positively correlated with BMD and cBMC. High LDL and low HDL increased risk of osteoporosis and fracture. BMI was positively correlated with BMD, negatively correlated with cBMC, the fracture risk of obese patients was not decreased. |
