| 目的寻找在膀胱癌中是否存在血管生成拟态（VM），探讨VM与上皮细胞激酶（Epha2）表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测85例膀胱移行细胞癌及10例正常膀胱黏膜中Epha2的表达，采用过碘酸雪夫氏反应（PAS）和CD31双重染色，寻找血管生成拟态，分析Epha2与VM的关系。结果膀胱移行细胞癌和正常膀胱黏膜Epha2表达阳性率分别为89.4%（76/85）和40%（4/10），两组间比较差异有显著性（P<0.01），在85例膀胱癌组织中8例存在血管生成拟态，这些管道呈现PAS阳性、CD31阴性，Epha2表达均呈阳性。结论 |

| ObjectiveTo search whether vasculogenic mimicry(VM) exsits in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB)， to explore the relationship between VM and expression of epithelial-cell-kinase（Epha2）.MethodsThe Epha2 protein expression were dectected by immunohistochemical method in 85 cases of TCCB and 10 cases of normal bladder. These TCCB specimens were stained with CD31， periodic acid schiff (PAS) and CK7 to see if VM exists in this tumor. The relasionship between VM and Epha2 was assessed in TCCB.ResultsThe positive rates of Epha2 expressed in TCCB and normal bladder were 89.4%（76/85）and 40%（4/10），respectively.PAS-positive pattern of VM were found in 8 TCCB specimens among 85 TCCB specimens， the Epha2 protein expression is positive in the 8 specimens.ConclusionOur results suggest that VM exists in some moderately /poorly differentiated TCCB; VM correlates with Epha2 in TCCB. |
