| 目的探讨间苯三酚复合瑞芬太尼在结肠镜检查中的麻醉效果。方法回顾性分析本院行结肠镜检查的120例老年患者，根据麻醉情况分为间苯三酚复合瑞芬太尼组、间苯三酚组和瑞芬太尼组，比较3组患者腹痛情况、结肠镜检查时间以及检查前、检查中、检查后的血压、心率、血氧饱和度的变化。结果间苯三酚复合瑞芬太尼组的疼痛时间和结肠镜检查时间明显小于间苯三酚组和瑞芬太尼组（P﹤0.05），间苯三酚复合瑞芬太尼组检查前、检查中、检查后的心率、血压、血氧饱和度的变化无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。间苯三酚组和瑞芬太尼组患者检查前与检查中、检查后比较心率显著增快（P﹤0.05），检查中血压显著升高（P﹤0.05）。结论结肠镜检查应用间苯三酚复合瑞芬太尼可以显著降低病人痛苦，缩短检查时间，无明显呼吸抑制，心血管反应小，有利于有心肺疾患老年患者的结肠镜检查。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical effects and the values about application of the phloroglucinol- remifentanil in colonoscopy examination. Method120 elderly patients with colonoscopy were divided into group of phloroglucinol- remifentanil complex( 40 patients)， group of Phloroglucinol(40 patients )and group of remifentanil (40 patients ) in the people’s hospital of Longhui from July 2009 to October 2010. We observed their bellyache， colonoscopy time and the changes of blood pressure (BP)， heart rate (HR)， and blood oxygen saturation (BOS) before， during and after the colonoscopy.ResultsThe bellyache time and colonoscopy time of phloroglucinol-remifentanil complex group are obviously less than phloroglucinol group and remifentanil group; the changes of BP， HR， and blood oxygen saturation of before, during and after the colonoscopy are no statistical significance（P>0.05）; while compared with before the colonoscopy， the HR of patients in phloroglucinol group and remifentanil group greatly increased in during and after the colonoscopy（P<0.05）. Blood pressure was significantly higher（P<0.05）. ConclusionApplying phloroglucinol-remifentanil complex to colonoscopy has better curative and less side effect in the prevention of the bellyache after colonoscopy， so it is worth to be used in the clinical medical treatment. |
