| 目的探讨人文护理对卵巢癌患者生活质量的影响。方法60例卵巢癌患者随机分为人文护理组和常规护理组。分别采用卵巢癌症治疗功能评价量表（FACT-O）和症状自评量表（SCL-90），对两组患者的生活质量以及自觉症状进行评价与比较。比较两种护理模式对卵巢癌患者生活质量和自觉症状的影响。结果与常规护理组比较，采用人文护理组的患者生活质量提高，自觉症状明显减轻。人文护理组的生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况分值的上升程度比较，差异有显著性（P<0.05）；抑郁、焦虑症状等自评分值的降低程度大于常规护理组，降低幅度间比较，差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论采用人文护理，能够帮助卵巢癌患者提高生存质量，减轻自觉症状，具有较好的推广价值。 |

| ObjectiveTo research humanistic care of patients with ovarian cancer on quality of life.Methods60 cases of ovarian cancer were randomly divided into humanistic care group and routine care group.Functional assessment scale (FACT-O) ovarian cancer treatment and self-reporting inventory (SCL-90) were used to compare and evaluate the quality of life and self-symptoms of the two groups life.ResultsCompared with routine care group,the quality of life of humanistic care group was improved,self-symptoms of humanistic care group was declined.The effect of humanistic care group was superior to the routine care group and there were statistically significant difference between the two groups in physiological state,social and family status,affection state,functional status and so on(P<0.05).Depression and anxiety of humanistic care group was declined compared with the routine care group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionsHumanistic care intervention could improve the quality of life of ovarian cancer patients,better the self-symptoms of ovarian cancer patients. |
