目的对山银花中所含的四类药用成分进行提取及分离,并对它们进行体外抑菌试验。方法对不同提取物初步鉴定后,分别制备3个系列浓度,点样于相同培养基在37 ℃恒温箱培养24 h后,用纸片法测量出1~4号药对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌圈大小。结果山银花中所含酚酸类(总绿原酸)、苷类、黄酮类(总黄酮)及挥发油类成分对各试验菌株均有不同程度的抑制,且对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果大于大肠埃希菌。结论山银花中酚酸类成分的抑菌效果明显高于其他三种药用成分。 |

ObjectiveTo extract four medicine ingredients in Lonicera confusa DC and study the bacteria inhibition with vitro experiments.MethodsAfter preliminary identification of different extracts ingredients,three series of concentration are respectively prepared and samples were pointed after 24h culture in the same medium.The antibiotic activity of four ingredients against Escherichia Coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa are tested.ResultsThe contained phenolic acids (total chlorogenic acid),glycosides,falconoid (total flavones) and volatile oil in Lonicera confusa contained phenolic acids (total chlorogenic acid),glycosides,falconoid (total flavone) and volatile oil have different degrees of restraining bacteria to the test strains,and the restraining effect on Staphylococcus aureus is better than Escherichia coli.ConclusionChlorogenic acid in Lonicera confusa DC.restraining bacteria was stronger than other ingredients. |
