| 目的探讨椎-基底动脉标本设计与制作方法。方法应用经甲醛溶液防腐处理的标本经颈总动脉插管行乳胶灌注并大体解剖。结果通过标本灌注与头颈部前外侧解剖层次清晰,充分显示了颈部及颅内主要神经血管的走行和支配范围,逐层显示颈总动脉、颈内动脉、迷走神经、椎动脉全程及基底动脉与基底动脉分支。结论该方法为临床应用解剖教学与科研提供较好的技术方法。 |

| ObjectiveTo explore the design and manufacturing method of vertebrobasilar artery specimen.MethodsLatex perfusion and giant micro anatomy of the specimen anticorrosive was processed by formaldehyde solution.ResultsThe specimen perfusion and giant micro anatomy show clear anatomical levels,which fully displays the main vessels and nerves of walk line and dominate range in the neck and intracranial.Besides,layer by layer it displays the common carotid artery,the internal carotid artery,the vagus nerve,vertebral artery and the whole basement artery and basal artery branch.ConclusionThis method provides better technology for clinical applied anatomy teaching and scientific research. |
