| 目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）对布加氏综合征(BCS)的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对35例BCS的超声表现及诊断结果进行分析,将BCS分为3型:单纯肝静脉阻塞型、下腔静脉阻塞型和混合型。结果单纯肝静脉阻塞型4例,下腔静脉阻塞型18例,混合型10例,误诊为肝硬化3例，诊断准确率为91.4%。结论彩色多普勒超声能够显示布加氏综合征的血管阻塞部位、程度、范围及侧支循环,可作为布加氏综合征的首选诊断方法。 |

| ObjectiveTo assess the diagnostic value of the color Doppler flow imaging in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome.MethodsApplication of color Doppler ultrasound in 35 patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome by ultrasonography and diagnostic results was analyzed and the Budd-Chiari syndrome was divided into 3 types:simple obstruction of the hepatic vein,inferior vena cava obstruction and mixed type.ResultsThere were 4 cases of simple hepatica vena obstruction，18 cases of inferior vena cava obstruction，and 10 cases of mixed type.There were 3 cases misdiagnosed as cirrhosis of the liver.The diagnostic accordance rate of color ultrasonography was 91.4%.ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasonography can display the blockage parts of blood vessels,the degree,the scope and the collateral circulation in Budd-Chiari syndrome.It may be the first choice for the diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome. |
