| 目的总结影响烧伤死亡的相关因素，提高严重烧伤患者抢救的成功率。方法回顾分析2006～2010年5月内收治的29例烧伤死亡病例的临床资料，对主要死亡原因、并发症和合并症分布、伤后入院时间与院前急救对并发症的影响等进行分析。结果29例烧伤死亡病例中，致伤原因以火焰烧伤为主(65.5%)；主要死亡原因依次为多器官功能障碍综合症（MODS）、全身感染和吸入性损伤；延迟复苏与脓毒症、MODS呈高度相关性。结论伤后积极施行液体复苏，放宽气管切开指征，呼吸机和血液透析的应用和尽早手术封闭创面等综合治疗措施的改进，对延长烧伤病人的存活期起着重要作用。 |

| ObjectiveTo summarize the factors of related death from burn,improve the success rate of saving the serious burn patients.MethodsWe made a retrospective analysis for data of 29 cases of inpatients in our Hospital from 2006 to May of 2010,and analyzed the main death cases,severe complication and the effect of period of admission time and rescue before admission on the complication.ResultsAmong the 29 cases of burn death patients,the main cases of injury was flame 19(65.5%),the main death factors in succession are multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）,systemic infection,inhalation injury.Delayed resuscitation was correlated with sepsis and MODS significantly.ConclusionThe effective measures,such as the positive fluid resuscitation,the feature of tracheotomy,respiration detector,acute vascular access in hemodialysis and closing the wounds as soon as possible after injury,are important for extending the life of patients injured from burn. |
