| 目的探讨循证护理对产妇分娩后出血发生率的影响。方法以本院2008~2009年进行常规护理的易发产后出血病例为常规护理组；以2010年~2011年采用循证护理的易发产后出血病例为循证护理组，统计并比较分析每组易发产后出血孕妇的发生率。结果实施循证护理的产妇产后出血的发生率较常规护理者显著下降（P<0.01）。结论实行循证护理能显著减少产妇产后出血发生率，并改善其预后。 |

| ObjectiveTo explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the incidence of Postpartum Hemorrhage.MethodsThe cases with high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in the 2008~2009,which received traditional nursing care,served as the control group;the cases with high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in the 2010~2011,which received evidence-based nursing care (EBN),served as the observed group;The data were statistically analysed.ResultsBy statistical analysis,the data showed that the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.01).ConclusionBringing EBN into higher risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage decreased the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. |
