| 目的探讨脑梗死复发的有关独立危险因素或独立保护因素。方法选择9个可能影响脑梗死复发的相关因素为自变量，以脑梗死是否复发作为因变量，进行回顾性对比分析、单因素Logistic和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、吸烟、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2（Lp-PLA2）为脑梗死复发的危险因素，转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）为脑梗死复发的保护因素（P<0.05）。多因素Logistic逐步回归分析显示高血压、糖尿病、Lp-PLA2为脑梗死复发的独立危险因素（P<0.05），TGF-β1为独立保护因素（P<0.05）。结论脑梗死复发的独立危险因素除高血压病、糖尿病外，Lp-PLA2可能是它的独立危险因素，TGF-β1为独立保护因素。 |

| ObjectiveTo investigate the cerebral infarction an independent risk factor for recurrence or an independent protective factors.Methods9 may affect the recurrence of cerebral infarction associated factors as independent variables,to whether the recurrence of cerebral infarction as the dependent variable,were retrospectively analyzed,univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.ResultsLogistic regression univariate analysis age,smoking,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,Lp-PLA2,TGF-β1 as a risk factor for recurrence of cerebral infarction,TGF-β1 for protective factors (P<0.05).Logistic regression multivariate analysis,hypertension,diabetes,Lp-PLA2 is an independent risk factor for recurrence of cerebral infarction（P<0.05）,TGF-β1 to its independent protective factors(P<0.05).ConclusionIndependent risk factor for stroke recurrence in addition to hypertension,diabetes,outside,Lp-PLA2 may be an independent risk factor for it,TGF-β1 as an independent protective factor. |
