| 目的探讨一期前路病灶清除、分节段植骨内固定治疗跳跃性胸腰椎结核的效果及优点。方法通过对23例跳跃性脊柱结核患者开展术前静脉抗痨3～7天,术中一期行前路结核病灶清除、分节段植骨及内固定,术后常规抗痨9～12个月。结果通过8~48个月随诊,21例患者植骨于术后3月出现愈合,植骨块和内固定物均无松动移位、无折断和脱落,术后切口Ⅱ/甲级愈合,血沉1～3个月逐步恢复正常,2例患者复发。结论一期前路病灶清除、分节段植骨内固定治疗跳跃性胸腰椎结核疗效可靠,既可减轻病人经济负担,又可彻底清除结核病灶,便于脊柱重建。 |

| ObjectiveTo discuss the curative effects and fortes in treating skipped tuberculosis of thoracolumbar spine with anterior cleaning up focus,segmentation bone grafting and internal fixation at one stage.Methods23 cases of spinal tuberculosis patients from January,2004 to January,2011 in our department were treated by pasid preoperative.We used anterior cleaning up tuberculose focus,segmentation bone grafting and internal fixation in operations.Every patient accepted postoperation routine pasid of 9～12 months.ResultsThe follow-up was 8~48 months.Bone grafting concreted in 23 cases after 3 postoprative months.Cinch and displace were not seen in bone grafts and internal devices.Fracture and amotio did not appeare either.The postoprative incisal opening healed with Ⅱ/the first rate.And the ESR was restored in 1 to 3 months.There were 2 recurrence cases.ConclusionThe curative effects of using anterior cleaning up focus,segmentation bone grafting and internal fixation at one stage to treat skipped tuberculosis of thoracolumbar spine is reliable.It can not only relieve the patients economy,but also clean up tuberculose focus thoroughly.The spinal reconstruction is easy to complete. |
