| 目的探讨hsa-mir-96在膀胱尿路上皮癌的表达及其与膀胱尿路上皮癌病理分级及临床分期的关系。方法采用Real-time PCR方法检测33例膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌及9例癌旁正常膀胱组织中hsa-mir-96的表达情况，并分析其与膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌病理分级及临床分期的关系。结果hsa-mir-96在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌中的表达明显高于癌旁正常膀胱组织（P<0.01）。其表达与膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌的病理分级、临床分期密切相关，随病理分级、临床分期的增高其表达也升高，但与性别无关。结论hsa-mir-96可能参与了膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌的发生、发展过程。 |

| ObjectiveTo explore the expression of hsa-mir-96 in human bladder urothelium carcinoma with tumor grade.MethodsTo evaluate the expression of hsa-miR-96 in bladder urothelial carcinoma，Real-time PCR was performed in 33 cases of bladder urothelial carcinomas and 9 cases of adjacent normal bladder tissues.The comparative Ct (ΔΔCt) method was used to determine the fold-difference in the expression of hsa-miR-96 in different bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues relative to the adjacent normal bladder tissues.ResultsThe expression of hsa-miR-96 was higher in bladder urothelial carcinoma than in adjacent normal bladder tissues (P<0.01).Moreover,analysis of hsa-miR-96 expression in tumors of different clinical stages and pathological classification demonstrated that the expression of hsa-miR-96 was higher in T2-T4 stages than Ta-T1 stages,and the expression hsa-miR-96 was higher in pathological grade II-Ⅲ than grade I (P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference between gender (P>0.05).ConclusionsThese results showed that hsa-miR-96 might be involved in the process of occurrence,development,and infiltration of bladder urothelium carcinomas. |
