| 目的综合分析铅中毒对我国儿童智力发育及结构的影响。方法检索和收集1979～2011年国内发表的关于铅中毒儿童智力发育的文献，对纳入的14个研究进行Meta分析。结果经Meta分析异质性检验，显示各研究结果不同质，均采用随机效应模型。总智商（FIQ）、语言智商（VIQ）及操作智商（PIQ）合并标准化均数差值（SMD）及其95%可信区间分别为-0.591（-0.798，-0.384），-0.344（-0.515,-0.173），-0.536（-0.717，-0.356）。提示铅中毒儿童智力发育落后于正常儿童。结论铅中毒对儿童智力发育造成不良影响。 |

| ObjectiveTo analyze comprehensively the effect of lead poisoning on childrens intelligence development and structure.MethodsThe papers on the relationship between lead poisoning and childrens intelligence published between 1979 and 2011 were collected,only 14 relevant papers were suitable for Meta-analysis.ResultsMeta-analysis results showed that these papers were inhomogeneous,therefore a random effect model was used.The average standard mean difference(SMD) and 95% confidence interval of FIQ,VIQ,PIQ were -0.591 (-0.798,-0.384),-0.344 (-0.515,-0.173),-0.536 (-0.717,-0.356).There was a negative correlation between lead poisoning and childrens intelligence development.ConclusionLead poisoning has no benefit for childrens intelligence. |
