| 目的探讨原发性脑干损伤的护理治疗措施,提高救治成功率。方法对本院2009年02月～2011年02月收治的38例原发性脑干损伤病人进行临床护理经验总结和讨论。结果随访平均时间6个月，按GOS评分，良好11例（28.95%），中残7例（18.42%），重残8例（21.05%），植物生存2例（5.26%），死亡10例（26.32%）。结论通过对原发性脑干损伤患者的密观察病情、保持呼吸通畅、控制肺部感染、亚低温治疗等综合治疗可显著改善预后。 |

| ObjectiveTo discuss the effective treatment measures of primary brain stem injury to improve its success rate.MethodsAnalysis and discussion were performed about 38 cases of primary brain stem injury treated in my hospital from February 2009 to February 2011.ResultsWith follow-up mean time of 6 months,according to glasgow outcome scale (GOS) scores,the data showed good recovery in 11 cases(28.95%),moderate disability in 7 cases (18.42%),severe disability in 8 cases (21.05%),vegetative state in 2 cases (5.26%) and death in 10 cases (26.32%).ConclusionClose observation of the patients condition,to maintain smooth breathing,lung infection control,comprehensive treatment of mild hypothermia therapy can significantly improve the prognosis. |
