| ObjectiveTo study the different expression of ias-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate l,in the gastric cancer organizes,and discuss its relationship with the gastric cancer biology behavior.MethodExpression level of Rac1 mRNA in the four kinds of tissues were detected by using real-time PCR.These four kinds of tissues respectively are the gastric cancer,para-cancer tissues,benign gastric diseases,normal stomach tissue.ResultsRac1 mRNA expression was masculine in gastric carcinoma tissues,and weakly positive in adenoma of stomach,and negative in normal stomach tissue.Rac1 mRNA expression was up-regulated 17 times that of nearby the cancer,the difference has the significance (P<0.01).ConclusionThe Rac1 expression and variation of Rac1 may be concerned in differentiated degree of gastric carcinoma and character of stomach tumorous and provide a novel target for gene therapy. |
