| 目的探讨肾移植术后重症肺炎的护理方法。方法回顾性分析总结8例肾移植术后重症肺部感染的临床治疗过程与预后。结果本组8例肾移植术后重症肺部感染患者中4例（50%）治愈，2例（25%）死于急性呼吸窘迫综合，放弃治疗2例（25%）。结论对肾移植术后重症肺炎患者行综合治疗与相关护理，对其康复有重要意义。 |

| ObjectiveTo explore the nursing strategy for pulmonary infection after renal transplantation.MethodsThe clinical data of 8 cases of severe postoperative pulmonary infection complicated with renal transplantation were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsFour cases (50%) out of 8 patients with severe pulmonary infection were rescued successfully and 2 cases (25%) died of acute respirator distress syndrome.Conclusioncomposite treatment and elaborate nursing are of vital importance to successful rescue treatment. |
