| 目的观察逆行切除翼状胬肉+改良带蒂结膜瓣移植联合丝裂霉素应用治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对58例翼状胬肉由体部向头部逆行切除翼状胬肉+改良带蒂结膜瓣移植联合丝裂霉素应用。结果术后随访6个月～2年，仅1例复发。复发率为1.7%。结论逆行切除翼状胬肉+改良带蒂结膜瓣移植联合丝裂霉素应用治疗翼状胬肉，复发率低。 |

| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of retrograde excision of pterygium and meliorative pedicled conjunctival flap transplantation combined with mitomycin for the treatment of pterygium.MethodsFifty-eight patients with pterygium were performed with retrograde excision from the body to the head and the application of transplanting meliorative pedicled conjunctival flap combined with mitomycin.ResultsDuring a follow-up from 6 months to 2 years,there was only 1 case of recurrence（1.7%）.ConclusionRetrograde excision of pterygium and through the operation of transplanting meliorative pedicled conjunctival flap combined with mitomycin for the treatment of pterygium decreases the rate of recurrence. |
