| 目的探讨音乐疗法对高龄初产妇分娩结局的影响。方法将120名高龄初产妇随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60例,在两组高龄初产妇均接受常规健康教育及产程护理的基础上,给予实验组实施音乐疗法,比较2组高龄初产妇的分娩方式、产程时间、母婴并发症。结果实验组高龄初产妇顺产率明显高于对照组，阴道助产及剖宫产率明显低于对照组，实验组第一、二产程及总产程时间较对照组明显缩短，产后出血及新生儿窒息的发生率明显减少。结论音乐疗法能改善高龄初产妇的分娩结局，提高自然分娩成功率，有利于母婴预后。 |

| ObjectiveTo explore the effects of music therapy on delivery results of elderly primipara.Methods120 elderly primipara were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group received conventional health education and parturient nursing measures，and the experimental group was simultaneously given music therapy besides the conventional health education and parturient nursing measures.Mode of delivery,parturient time,motherhood complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe rate of natural labour in the experimental group was higher than and the rate of helpatlambing and cesarean section was lower than that in the control group.The first，second parturient and the total of parturient time was shorter compared with that of the control group.The rate of postpartum hemorrhage and asphyxia neonatorum in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.ConclusionsMusic therapy can improve delivery results of elderly primipara，increase the rate of natural labour,so it is beneficial to the prognosis of motherhood. |
