| ObjectiveTo summarize and evaluate the applying value and long-term effect of bile duct injury with pedicled umbilical vein grafts in peroperative Period.MethodsTo carry out pedicled umbilical vein grafts for patients of bile duct injury in peroperative Period,and to evaluate the effect by follow up.Results13 patients with bile duct injury were investigated,including 8 cases with the bile duct injury more than half of circumference,and the others less than half of circumference.Their bile ducts were repaired by two different operative methods with pedicled umbilical vein grafts.The follow-up period lasted for more than 3 years,and no patients had bile leakage and death.ConclusionPedicled umbilical vein grafts have a good applying value and long-term effect as a kind of autologous substitute for bile duct reconstruction in preoperative period. |
