      目的为以桡侧副动脉为蒂的臂外侧穿支皮瓣的设计提供应用解剖学基础。方法新鲜成人上肢标本8侧,红色乳胶灌注。观测桡侧副动脉穿支血管的起始、走行、分支、分布和吻合。结果桡侧副动脉起自肱深动脉,起点在三角肌止点平面,发出3~7支穿支,穿支起始处外径平均为0.71±0.16 mm,穿深筋膜前平均长度l.2±0.4 cm,相邻穿血管相互吻合,形成纵向链式血管吻合,该血管吻合网血供稳定、可靠,是皮瓣血供的主要来源。结论以桡侧副动脉为蒂的臂外侧穿支皮瓣移植术具有手术的可行性。

      ObjectiveTo provide applied anatomy basis for the lateral upper arm perforator flap pedicled with radial collateral artery were observed.Methods8 sides of fresh adult upper extremity cadavers,all cadavers were injected with red latex.The origin,course,branches,distribution and anastomasis of radial collateral artery were observed. ResultsThe radial collateral artery derived from deep brachial artery as the level of the deltoid emits 3 to 7 perforators with an average starting diameter of 0.71±0.16 mm and an average pre-fascial length of 1.2± 0.4 cm.The adjacent perforators interlink with each other to form longitudinal vascular anastomosis whose dominant vascular supply to the flap is stable,reliable.
