| 随着对HIV病毒研究的深入以及传统治疗手段的局限性，通过基因治疗达到控制甚至治愈艾滋病受到重视。CCR5（趋化因子受体5）作为HIV-1进入人类白细胞的主要受体蛋白之一，其突变型CCR5Δ32携带者表现出一定抗HIV-1感染能力。本文综述两类基因工程酶ZFNs和TALEs在艾滋病基因治疗中的应用价值。 |

| Because of the better understanding of HIV biology and the limitation of conventional anti-HIV vaccine or drug development,gene therapy to HIV infection is a recent focus in AIDS research.Normal CCR5 protein is required for HIV-1 virus to enter human cells.Individuals with the mutant genotype of CCR5Δ32 are relatively resistant to HIV-1 infection.This paper reviews the application of two engineered enzymes of ZFNs and TENs in the stem cell based gene therapy to HIV-1 infection. |
