| 目的观察服用米非司酮能否改善皮下埋植避孕使用者的月经状况。方法165例皮下埋植后对象随机分成2组，实验组85例在皮下埋植术后30、60、90、120、150以及180天口服米非司酮片50 mg；对照组80例不服用药物，共观察13个月。结果实验组在服药前、服药3个月、6个月、停药后1个月与对照组在皮下埋植术前、术后3个月、术后6个月、术后7 个月比较，两组血清雌激素（E2）水平差异无显著性（P>0.05）；服药前两组孕激素（P）水平差异无显著性（P>0.05）；服药3个月、6个月、停药后1个月实验组血孕激素水平明显升高（P<0.05）。实验组总出血天数、出血次数均短于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组和对照组均无避孕失败。结论服用米非司酮可以改善皮下埋植避孕使用者的月经状况；且不影响皮下埋植剂的避孕效果。 |

| ObjectiveTo observe whether mifepristone can improve the menopausal status of Norplant users.Methods165 cases of subcutaneous implantation were randomly divided into 2 groups,the test group（A Group）,85 cases with oral administration of non-Division ketone film 50mg in 30 days,60 days,90 days,120 days,150 days,180 days;the control group（B）,80 patients not taking medications,were observed 13 months.ResultsIn A group before taking medications,taking 3 months,6 months,1 month after stopping the medications and the control group before the implantation and after 3 months,6 months,7 months,the blood estrogen（E2),showed no significant difference（P>0.05);before taking the medications the two groups progesterone（P）showed no significant difference;3 months,6 months,1 month after stopping medication the experimental groups level of serum progesterone（P）significantly increased,with significant difference in two groups（P<0.05);In test group the number of total bleeding days,bleeding times were shorter than the control group（P<0.05);test group and control group had no contraceptive failure.ConclusionMifepristone can be taken to improve the Norplant users,menopausal status;not affect the contraceptive effect of subcutaneous implants. |
