| 目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病合并脑梗死的危险因素。方法回顾分析487例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的临床资料。根据是否合并脑梗死将患者分为糖尿病脑梗死组（281例）和糖尿病非脑梗死组（206例），比较可能诱发脑梗死的危险因素。结果脑梗死组与非脑梗死组比较，年龄、糖尿病病程、糖化血红蛋白、血压、血甘油三酯、血胆固醇和胰岛素敏感指数比较，差异均有显著性（P<0.05）。Logistic回归显示年龄、糖化血红蛋白、高血压和高血脂与脑梗死的发生密切相关。结论年龄、糖化血红蛋白升高、高血压和高血脂是促使Ⅱ型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的主要危险因素。 |

| ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors in type Ⅱ diabetes with cerebral infarction.MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted in 487 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes in our hospital from January 2003 to June 2010.All the patients were divided into complication group(n=281)and non-complication group(n=206)according to the complication of cerebral infarction.The clinical and laboratory data of two groups were compared.ResultsBetween complication group and non-complication group,there were statistically significant differences in age,diabetic duration,HbA1c,blood pressure,blood triglyceride,blood cholesterol,and insulin sensibility index.The result of logistic regression showed that age,HbA1c,hypertension and hyperlipidemia were related strongly to type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.ConclusionAge,HbA1c,hypertension and hyperlipidemia are the major risk factors in type Ⅱ diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. |
