| 目的制备醋酸氯己定栓剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法以甘油和明胶为辅料，醋酸氯己定为主要成分制备栓剂，采用紫外分光光度法测定醋酸氯己定的含量。结果醋酸氯己定在2～10 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 6），平均回收率为99.6%，RSD=0.85%（n=9）。结论酸氯己定栓剂制备工艺可行，含量测定方法简便、准确可靠。 |

| ObjectiveTo prepare chlorhexidine acetate suppository and establish a method for quality control.MethodGelatin and glycerin were used as the vehicle,Chlorhexidine acetate suppository as main ingredient.The UV-spectrophotometry was used for quantitative analysis.ResultThe calibration curve of chlorhexidine acetate suppository was linear within a range of 2～10 μg/mL(r=0.999 6),the average recovery of chlorhexidine acetate suppository was 99.6%,RSD=0.86%(n=9).ConculsionThe chlorhexidine acetate suppository is feasible in technological process.The method of content determination is simple and accurate. |
