| 目的探讨冠心病(CAD)患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的表达及临床意义。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测74例不同类型的CAD患者（即急性心梗组11例，不稳定心绞痛组46例和稳定型心绞痛组17例）和18例正常对照者的血清NGAL和MMP-9水平。结果CDA患者的血清NGAL水平为37.1±28.7 ng/mL，明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。CDA患者的血清MMP-9水平为9.98±5.76 mg/L，明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。急性心梗组、不稳定心绞痛组的MMP-9值与NGAL值呈明显正相关(r=0.387,P<0.05和r=0.314,P<0.05)，与Gensini积分无相关性。结论血清NGAL和MMP-9水平升高与斑块的不稳定性有关，可作为CAD患者病情评估和预测斑块不稳定性的一个重要指标。 |

| ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin and(NGAL) matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) in coronary artery disease patients and its clinic significance.Methods74 patients with CAD and 18 normal control were included in the study and the concentration of serum NGAL and MMP-9 were measured by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,so as to analyze the relevance among NGAL,MMP-9 and Gensini Index.ResultsThe serum NGAL levels of CAD patients was 37.1±28.7 ng/mL and was significantly higher compared with normal control group(P<0.05).The serum MMP-9 levels of CAD patients was 9.98±5.76 mg/L and was significantly higher compared with normal control group(P<0.05).The serum MMP-9 levels in AMI group and UAP group were positively correlated with the serum NGAL levels respectively but not with Gensini Index.ConclusionThe increased expression of serum NGAL and MMP-9 in CAD patients were related to the unstability of plaques and could be used as an important index that assessed the severity of CAD and predicted the instability of plaque in CAD patients. |
