| 目的比较关节镜下手术和传统开放手术治疗青年臀肌挛缩症的近期疗效。方法于2007年5月～2010年5月对20例青年臀肌挛缩患者的行开放挛缩松解术，2009年7月～2010年7月对14例青年臀肌筋膜挛缩症患者行关节镜下挛缩松解术，现分析两组患者的临床资料，对两组患者从手术时间、切口长度、术后服止痛药、伤口出血量、手术并发症、术后住院时间、手术疗效等方面进行比较。结果关节镜组切口长度、术后服止痛药、伤口出血量、术后住院时间等4项指标明显优于传统开放手术组，而手术时间、手术并发症、手术疗效与传统手术组差异无显著性。结论关节镜下挛缩松解治疗青年臀肌挛缩症安全、疗效确切、微创，美观。 |

| ObjectiveTo compare the immediate therapeutic effects of the treatment of adolescent gluteal muscle constracture with arthroscopic release and conventional surgery.MethodsFrom May 2007 to May 2010,40 limbs of 20 adolescent patients with gluteal muscle contracture were released with conventional surgery.From July 2009 to July 2010,28 limbs of 14 adolescent patients with gluteal muscle contracture were released under arthroscopic surgery.Two groups were analyzed in terms of operation time,length of the incision,postoperative analgetica,postoperative bleeding,postoperative complications,postoperative hospital stay,effects of operation.ResultsArthroscopic surgery group had smaller incisions,less postoperative pain,less postoperative bleeding and shorter hospital stay than conventional surgery group,but the two groups showed no significant difference in operative time,complications,effects of operation.ConclusionArthroscopic release of contracture tissue is a safe,effective,minimal invasive and cosmetic way to treat the adolescent gluteal muscle contracture. |
