| 目的探讨足底及足后跟皮肤软组织缺损后感觉重建方法，评价各种方法的疗效。方法27例足底及足后跟皮肤软组织缺损的患者，采用多种方法修复皮肤软组织缺损并重建感觉，观察患者的创面修复效果及感觉恢复效果。结果27例足底及足后跟皮肤软组织缺损患者中，除1例皮瓣有少部分皮缘坏死外，其余皮瓣修复均一期愈合。皮瓣在术后或术后1年完全或部分恢复皮瓣痛、温、触觉。结论应该根据足底及足后跟皮肤软组织缺损的部位、大小，采用不同方法重建感觉。 |

| ObjectiveTo research the methods of restoration of the sensation after the skin and soft tissue defect in sole and heel,to evaluate its efficacy.MethodsFrom July 2006 to May 2009,27 cases of skin and soft tissue defect in sole and heel was repaired and the sensation was reconstructed with pedicle flap,to observe the effects of wound repair and the sensation in the 27 patients.ResultsOnly one case had partially necrosis in the edge of the flap in the 27 cases,the other flap had primary healing.The feeling of pain,temperature and touch was partially or completely recovered after one year.ConclusionUsing different flap and different methods on sensory reconstruction,according to the different types of skin defect and soft tissue defect,the desired results can be achieved. |
