目的探讨可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1)和白介素10(IL-10)与湖南省衡阳地区汉族人群白癜风发病的相关性及与病情活动的关系。方法选择白癜风患者60例和40例健康志愿者为研究对象,采肘静脉血4 mL,取血浆,应用ELISA法检测血浆中sICAM-1及IL-10的浓度。结果白癜风患者血浆中sICAM-1的浓度明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),进展期白癜风患者血浆sICAM-1的浓度显著高于稳定期患者(P<0.01);白癜风患者血浆中IL-10的浓度明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01),进展期白癜风患者血浆中IL-10的浓度明显低于稳定期患者(P<0.01);白癜风患者组血浆中的sICAM-1与IL-10的浓度呈负相关(r=-0.37,P=0.042),且进展期白癜风患者血浆中sICAM-1上升的浓度与IL-10下降的浓度有明显负相关关系(r=-0.82,P=0.001)。结论白癜风患者血浆中sICAM-1和IL-10表达异常,病情活动时,sICAM-1与IL-10呈负相关。 |

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and Interieukin-10(IL-10) among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province with vitiligo,and to provide the new theory and clinical evidence for vitiligo treatment methods.MethodsAn enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay was used to detect the levels of sICAM -1 and IL-10 in plasma by collecting cubital vein blood of 60 vitiligo patients and 40 normal controls among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province.ResultsThe plasma level of sICAM -1 in vitiligo was higher than healthy controls(P<0.01);The level of sICAM -1 in the plasma of patients with progressive vitiligo was significantiy higher than the stable vitiligo(P<0.01);The level of IL-10 in the plasma of patients with vitiligo was obviously lower than the healthy controls(P<0.01),The level of IL-10 in the plasma of patients with progressive vitiligo was obviously lower than the stable vitiligo(P<0.01);Negative correlation between sICAM-1and IL-10 was observed in progressive vitiligo.the changes of sICAM -1 was significantiy associated with the changes of IL-10.ConclusionVitiligo is associated with abnormal expression of sICAM-1and IL-10 in serum,sICAM -1 correlated negatively with IL-10 in activity vitiligo. |
