| 目的对造成肘管综合征的因素进行相关的解剖学研究，为临床治疗肘管综合征提供详尽的解剖学依据。方法成人胸上肢标本29例，测量肘管的长度、宽度和尺神经肘管中段的深度；成人胸上肢标本20例，解剖、观测肘管后壁长度；切开肘管后壁，将尺神经前移，测量其前移的最大距离。结果肘管长度为男性24.00±4.12 mm，女性22.10±4.41 mm；宽度为男性6.12± 0.82 mm，女性6.08±0.96 mm；肘管中段的深度为男性5.24±1.12 mm，女性5.18±1.42 mm。肘管后壁长度为男性18.74±2.52 mm，女性18.48±2.72 mm。 切开肘管后壁将尺神经前移至肱骨内上髁前方皮下，最大前移距离为男性15.50±3.00 mm，女性14.20±3.90 mm。结论临床手术治疗肘管综合症，切开肘管后壁时，可切开长度在15.7～21.8 mm，肘管内尺神经前移距离在14.2～15.5 mm之间，不会产生术后神经张力增加。 |

| ObjectiveTo provide detailed anatomical basis for the treatment of cubital tunne syndrome.Methods The length and width of the elbow pipe，the depth of the middle parts of the cubital tunnel were measured and calculated in 29 specimens.20 cases of adult body were dissected and observed,the length of the posterior wall of cubital were measured,incised the posterior wall of cubital tunnel morel forward ulnar nerve and measured the maximum distance. Results The length of elbow pipe was:male 24.00±4.12 mm，female 22.10±4.41 mm;The width of elbow pipe was:male 6.12±0.82 mm，female 6.08±0.96 mm;The depth of middle elbow pipe was:male 5.24±1.12 mm，female 5.18±1.42 mm.The length of posterior wall was:male 18.74±2.52 mm，female 18.48±2.72 mm;Incised the posterior wall of cubital tunnel,moved the ulnar nerve forword to the skin in front of the medial epicondyle.When the maximum moving distance of the ulnar nerve was:male 15.55±3.00 mm，female 14.20±3.90 mm. Conclusions When cubital tunnel syndrome are treated by operation，if the length incised in posterior wall is between 15.7～21.8 mm，the moving distance is between 14.2～15.5 mm，there is no increase in nerve tension after the operation. |
