| 目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)对周围型肝内胆管细胞癌的诊断价值。方法回顾分析15例经手术、病理证实的周围型肝内胆管细胞癌的MSCT表现。结果15例胆管细胞癌中,多发11例;9例位于肝右叶,6例位于肝左叶;病灶大小为3.5~12.1 cm,平均6.8 cm。MSCT特征为:病灶以低密度为主的不规则肿块,内可见囊性更低密度区,病灶以边缘轻至中度强化为主,出现特征性的从周边到中心的向心性强化、延迟强化,呈慢进慢出表现,病灶周围肝内胆管轻度扩张,局部肝萎缩,肝包膜凹陷征。结论MSCT对周围型肝内胆管细胞癌的检出及诊断具有较高的价值。 |

| Objective To study the Multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) features of intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The MSCT findings of 15 cases with pathologically confirmed intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.
