| 目的探讨微血管减压术(MVD)治疗偏侧面肌痉挛(HFS)的临床疗效和手术方法。方法回顾性分析2006年6月~2009年9月于本院进行MVD治疗的偏侧面肌痉挛患者52例,对其手术方法、疗效进行总结。结果52例HFS患者中术后痉挛即刻消失者37例(71.15%),术后2~4周后痉挛消失者11例(21.15%);2例(3.85%)症状减轻,口服药物可以控制,并在手术3个月后逐步停药;1例复发(1.92%);1例经过12个月随访症状无缓解,判定为无效(1.92%);手术有效率为98.08%(51/52)。结论微血管减压术治疗偏面肌痉挛手术疗效满意。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and surgical method of microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the files of 52 patients with hemifacial spasm(HFS),who were treated with MVD in our hospital from June 2006 to September 2009,and summarized the surgical skills and clinical efficacy.Result The spasticity immediately disappeared after the surgery in 37 of 52 HFS patients(71.15%),the spasticity disappeared in 2-4 weeks after the surgery in 11 cases(21.15%... |
