      目的应用超声速度向量成像技术(VVI)分析心肌缺血患者收缩期左心室心肌纵向各节段应变及应变率的变化特点,评价心肌缺血的室壁局部收缩功能。方法35例心肌缺血、25例冠状动脉狭窄<50%患者,按照冠状动脉造影,左心室心肌分为缺血组、非缺血组和正常组,20例健康者作为对照组,所有受检者于超声心动图中取心尖左心室长轴、四腔心及两腔心切面的动态图像,脱机分析,获得每个受检者各节段长轴方向收缩期应变峰值(Smax)和应变率峰值(SRmax)。结果正常对照组内收缩期Smax和SRmax在左心室壁分布均衡;与正常组及对照组比较,缺血组收缩期Smax和SRmax明显减低(P<0.05)。结论VVI技术可无创性定量分析节段性室壁运动,早期识别缺血心肌,对评价心肌缺血患者左心室局部收缩功能有重要价值。
