| 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)的可疑危险因素,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法采用病例对照研究方法,病例组人群为调查期间衡阳市4家三级甲等医院200例T2DM住院病人,对照病例为同期在衡阳市太平社区随机抽样的229例非糖尿病患者。结果单因素非条件Logistic回归分析,结果发现职业分布中的公务员与干部、肥胖、合并高血压?糖尿病家族史和月收入与T2DM发病呈正关联,与文化程度和体育锻炼与糖尿病发病呈负关联。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,结果表明公务员与干部、肥胖、高血压和糖尿病家族史为危险因素,文化程度和体育锻炼为保护因素。结论T2DM是遗传因素与环境因素共同作用的结果,对糖尿病的防治应采取综合措施。 |

| Objective To explore the risk factors of type2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and intervention.
