      目的探讨人参皂甙对副溶血性弧菌引起的肠炎的治疗作用。方法分别用副溶血性弧菌、副溶血性弧菌加人参皂甙Rb1刺激人结肠癌细胞(Caco2)4 h后,提取细胞总蛋白,Western blotting检测其MAPKs信号通路活化情况,另用PBS作用于Caco2细胞作为阴性对照。结果经副溶血性弧菌刺激后,Caco2细胞内ERK1/2磷酸化作用明显加强,并随副溶血性弧菌剂量增加而增强,p38在该菌作用下也有明显的磷酸化;而人参皂甙Rb1能抑制该菌诱导的ERK1/2和p38信号通路的活化作用。结论人参皂甙Rb1抑制副溶血性弧菌诱导的Caco2细胞MAPKs中ERK1/2和p38信号通路的活化作用,从而可能缓解其下游细胞因子引起的炎症作用。

      Objective To investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rb1 on the intestinal inflammation. Methods Caco2 cells were activated with V.parahaemolyticus,V.parahaemolyticus and Rb1 for 4 hours.After activation,total protein was purified and MAPKs signal pathways were checked by Western blotting. Results ERK1/2 pathway was activated by V.parahaemolyticus and increased with the dose of bacteria solution.P38 pathway was also activated by the bacteria.However,Rb1 inhibited V.parahaemolyticus-induced activation of ERK1...
