| 目的探讨脑卒中与代谢综合征的关系。方法收集2008年11月~2009年1月在本院就诊的84例(脑卒中44例,对照组40例)汉族住院患者的代谢指标,首先对脑卒中与代谢综合征建立对数线性模型,分析代谢综合征与脑卒中患病率的相关性;其次使用Logistic回归给出了代谢综合征的各组分与脑卒中发病关系的数学表达式。结果脑卒中的发病与代谢综合征高度相关;得出了代谢综合征的组分中高血糖、高血压、超体重与脑卒中患病率的关系式。结论预防脑卒中的发生首先要有效地控制代谢紊乱。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between stroke and metabolic syndrome. Methods The metabolic index of eighty-five patients from the inpatients of our hospital,including 44 stroke patients and 40 persons as control group,were collected.First of all,we founded a logarithmic linear model on stroke and metabolic syndrome to analyze the correlation between them,secondly,logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between the components of metabolic syndrome and the incidence of stroke.
