| 目的探讨神经肽P物质受体(SPR;NK-1R)在结节性痒疹皮损中的表达与分布。方法采用SABC免疫组化法对30例结节性痒疹患者的皮损、非皮损区以及15例正常人皮肤中SPR进行染色观察,应用图像分析仪做半定量分析测定,并进行统计学处理。结果结节性痒疹皮损中SPR的免疫反应性明显增强,与正常对照及未受累皮肤比较差异均有显著性;SPR的反应性在非皮损和正常对照比较中差异无显著性。结论SPR的过度表达在结节性痒疹的发病中起一定作用。 |
