| 目的研究丘脑出血继发脑室出血(SIHTH)患者不同时点血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的变化及其与脑血管痉挛(CVS)发生的关系。方法23例SIHTH患者分为CVS组和无CVS组。CVS的判定采用经颅多普勒(TCD),放射免疫法测定ET-1水平,比较两组病人的ET-1水平,并与健康人比较。结果SIHTH患者血浆ET-1的水平较健康人群显著增高(P<0.05),CVS组较无CVS组显著增高(P<0.05)。结论SIHTH患者存在血管痉挛现象,血浆ET-1的水平有助于预测脑血管痉挛的发生。 |

| Objective To observe the relationship between change of Plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)level and cerebral vasospasm(CVS) on the different time in patients with secondary intraventricular hemorrhage from thalamic hemorrhage(SIHTH).
